3. Payment Terms

• An initial mobilization deposit upon contract signing.
• Stage payments linked to project milestones.
• Final payment immediately upon project completion and handover.

Polyfinish reserves the right to suspend work or withhold warranties until full payment is received.

4. Warranty and Liability

Polyfinish provides a limited warranty on materials and workmanship as detailed in the final contract. This warranty is subject to the following limitations:

• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, poor maintenance, chemical spills not covered by the product specification, or substrate failure (e.g., concrete cracking).
• Liability is limited exclusively to the cost of repair or replacement of the failed coating system.
• Polyfinish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Intellectual Property
